Derby will always hold a special place in the hearts of The Devout. Not only did we launch our ‘I’m One Of The Devout’ T shirt range; but it was also our first sell out show. Needless to say we were chomping at the bit to perform. We had heard great things about the Derby crowd through our Keith’s previous ventures in the Flowerpot.
We were not disappointed. From the first song to the last; they made us feel loved, welcomed and sang their hearts out whenever the mic was pointed in their direction.
As a band we feel our show is getting better and stronger each time we play. We feel very much at home paying homage to DM by playing these songs and feel great privilege when we see all of the lovely comments we are getting from the people who have come to the shows and had a good time.
